Figure 17 : the mobile phase separated the focussed sample on figure 16 until the phase front reached the plate identification spot right down. It may be visible, that the plate is still wet. The chromatogram should show the possible separation efficiency despite the non qualified sampling conditions. In looking onto details one may understand what sample spot position is necessary to reach a partial overlapping of neighbored samples and where the spots should be made in order to get non touched separations. These three figures 15, 16, 17 however have been taken to show the power of focussing. It repairs sampling errors, which is important for samples not anymore available.
