Figure 62 : At the time when scanner could precisely rotate a plate keeping the plate center and the rotation center at +- 0.1 mm in X and Y direction sharp we could perfectly quantitate full circle chromatograms (one sample plus internal or external standard) by structure reduction. 12 scans over the whole distance from front to front produced a perfectly corrected chromatogram with the structure error reduced by a factor of 12.
